O clássico ELECTRO-LUBER ™ foi desenvolvido em 1982. A ELECTRO-LUBER ™ utiliza uma célula do reator eletroquímico que transforma energia elétrica em gás nitrogênio inerte e seguro. ATS Electro-Lube foi a primeira empresa a utilizar esta tecnologia de lubrificação automática auto-suficiente, à medida que o gás é produzido uma pressão interna que se acumula no fole e é aplicada contra o pistão. O pistão obriga então o lubrificante a fluir para fora do cilindro e para dentro do ponto de lubrificação. A unidade pode esvaziar entre 15 dias a 1 ano, dependendo da configuração do micro-interruptor auto-programável.
